How to Send Donations via Lalamove or any third party delivery to Reuse Swap Store
📍 STEP 1: Provide the Correct Delivery Address

How to find our store:
Enter PV128 and take the lift beside Sun Thai Restaurant.
Go to the first floor.
Turn right to find Reuse Swap Store.

🚚 STEP 2: Choice Door-to-Door Service (Including Loading & Unloading)
When arranging your donation delivery, please select a door-to-door service that includes loading and unloading.
Kindly ensure that your rider or driver brings the donated items directly to our store instead of leaving them in the building lobby.
Why is this important?
We usually have only one storekeeper on duty to manage the store. If our storekeeper needs to leave the premises to collect items from the lobby, the store may be left unattended.

📞 STEP 3: Provide an Alternative Contact Number
Our official WhatsApp number, 010-438 2574, is strictly for text messages. Please do not call this number.
If your rider or driver needs assistance locating our store, please contact us in advance to obtain the appropriate contact number for delivery-day assistance.
Our admin chat service operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM, and is unavailable on weekends. Please plan ahead to avoid communication issues on the delivery day.
🕒 STEP 4: Arrange Your Delivery During Operating Hours
When you donate items via Lalamove or another delivery service, please ensure your rider or driver arrives during our current operating hours.
Reuse Swap Store operating hours:
Monday–Wednesday: 12:00 PM–6:00 PM
Thursday–Friday: CLOSED
Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Please arrange your pickup and delivery timing carefully so your donations arrive before we close.
What happens if the driver arrives after closing?
Our store may be unattended outside operating hours. If a rider or driver arrives after we close, they may need to leave the donation at our designated drop-off point outside the store door.
Our storekeeper will collect the items during our next operating hours. However, to avoid inconvenience or misunderstandings, we strongly recommend scheduling your delivery within our operating hours.
Before Sending Your Donations
Before booking Lalamove or another courier service, please double-check that:
Your donated items are properly packed.
Your driver has the correct store address and location guide.
Door-to-door service with loading and unloading is selected.
The driver has the appropriate contact number.
Your delivery is scheduled during our operating hours.
