Make a Difference — Donate Even If You Can’t Visit Our Store

Boxes of donated items ready for delivery to reuse store

We understand that not everyone has the time to visit our store in person but that doesn’t mean you can’t donate.

Recently, we received a generous donation delivered through a third-party delivery service. The donor wanted to contribute but couldn’t make the trip to our store, so they arranged for the items to be sent to us instead. The delivery arrived safely, and our team is now sorting the items so they can be placed on our racks for the community.

Moments like this remind us that there are many ways to give.

So if you have items you would like to donate but can’t visit us in person, you’re welcome to arrange a delivery service (for example, Lalamove) to send the items to our store. Once we receive them, our team will sort and prepare the items so they can find a new home with someone who needs them.

Sometimes, something you no longer use can make a big difference in someone else’s life.

Important Note About Item Delivery From Our Store

Since sharing this donation option, we’ve received many questions from people asking if we can send items from our store to them through delivery services.

We truly appreciate the interest and support, but unfortunately this is not something we are able to do.

Our store operates on a walk-in and first-come, first-served basis, which means we do not reserve or hold items for anyone. Because of this, we are unable to arrange delivery for items from our store — even if the delivery cost is covered.

This approach helps ensure fairness for everyone, so all visitors have the same opportunity to browse and pick items in person.
